Welcome to my world! On this page you can try your hand at whittling down the list of two hundred eighty-four names people have suggested to the sixteen or so I'll actually be able to interview. Use the left and right arrow keys (or click with the mouse) to move the cursor through the list of names. Use space or enter to select or deselect the currently boxed name whose description is shown in the box above the list of names. Selected names are shown in bold. When you have exactly 16 names selected you can press the Submit button to submit those names as a candidate short list. When you have more than 16 names selected, you can use the Next round button to start a new round selecting from only the currently selected names. And once you've moved forward, you can move back with the Previous round button.
